Since the release of the core rules, I have been working more intensely on the rules for solo play. Yesterday they were sent out to all playtesters.  The release of the Solo Rules is planned for Christmas 2023. Let me at least share a snippet of the overview section of the rules:

How to play the game as a solo game:

In each scene, you will first roll a die to see what the BB AI system will force you to include in your story, then choose which ACTS you will include in your scene. You freely imagine your character's actions and what happens to them, and write it down in your Surveillance sheet. The Surveillance sheet is in essence your “journal”. After having written your text, which has to include the chosen act and the random reaction, you will read through it and decide which things in the scene are to be considered THOUGHTCRIMES. For each detected THOUGHTCRIME the SUSPICION LEVEL goes up by one point.

The Relational Sandbox Campaign setup is highly recommended as a starting point for solo play.
